Kaduna State has received an award for " The Easiest State To Do Business ".

Kaduna state has been awarded with the award of "Easiest State to do Business" by Business Day, after using the World Bank criteria of assessing the ease of registering a new business, obtaining business licence, favourable tax regime, ease of obtaining land and title documents among other things, Business Day also considered the number of businesses that the state has attracted in the last two years. The award was received by the State governor Mallam Nasiru El Rufa'i.
